We provide accurate instructions to ensure that our products are used properly, and we provide our customers with the best available support. We treat natural resources with respect and avoid waste in our day-to-day operations.
Community
We play an active role in the community through the sale of products and services. We take part in community discussions with a positive attitude. We support charities, and we understand their importance for those who are in need. We do not influence politics by making financial contributions to individuals or political parties.

Staff

As employees, we want to try out our ideas, share them with others and find solutions. One person’s problem is everyone’s problem. In this way we help each other, and we accept criticism and suggestions for improvement with a positive frame of mind. Achievement is our goal.
The family
We show consideration for our colleagues’ family lives, and we try at all times to maintain a balance between home and work. We aim to improve relations between ourselves and to support our staff’s children in recreational activities.
Management
We expect our managers to lead their teams, support them and treat them respectfully. Managers must create an environment in which staff can work conscientiously and have the opportunity to develop professionally. They must demonstrate responsibility while being aware of costs, and they must set a good example for their staff at all times.
