Icepharma’s Quality Department is staffed by two dedicated professionals who ensure the effective and professional management of the company’s quality system. They oversee a wide range of activities that support the company’s operations.


Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, managing the quality system, coordinating inspections by partners and authorities, monitoring compliance, performing reliability checks, providing employee training, and auditing contracted service providers.


The department plays a vital role as an internal service partner, offering daily support to employees on matters related to quality and compliance. Working across all business divisions, the Quality Department ensures that processes and practices consistently meet both internal and external standards.
