Individuals who wish/need to report adverse drug reactions or incidents related to medical devices (such as reporting deviations, defects or inefficiency) are encouraged to report such adverse drug reactions/incidents directly to the Icelandic Medicines Agency. If an individual chooses to report an adverse drug reaction/incident to the company, the person concerned is advised to contact the company by calling: 540 8000. In the event of an emergency that must be reported after the switchboard closes, the Icepharma Pharmaceuticals Division emergency number should be called: 540 8090. Emergencies are considered reports of adverse drug reactions or recalls that cannot wait until the office reopens.

The company would like to encourage those who want/need to report an adverse event or an incident in relation to a medical device (such as a report of anomalies, defects or inactivity) to report such event and/or incident directly to The Icelandic Medicines Agency (IMA). If an individual chooses to report an adverse event/incident to the company, the person is advised to contact the company by calling 354 540 8000. If an emergency occurs, that needs to be reported after office hours, a reporting can be made by calling emergency phone numbers: 354 540 8090 for Icepharma’s Pharmaceutical Division. Emergency phone numbers are only for emergencies outside of office hours.
